For the first time women will be allowed to compete in "Bizon Track Show 2010"
Organizing committee of "Bizon Track Show" decided to allow women to take part in tractor race in 2010. Only men competed seven previous times. Ac-cording to the order men and women will bу on equal terms. Special heats and categories are not provided.
— We'd like to return women in the field. — noticed Sergey Sukhovenko, di-rector general of Bizon Company. — We can see just a few of them today. But ear-lier neither sowing nor mowing went without them. Meanwhile they are able to operate the modern technique. Attracting women to mechanizing will revive the production and will keep young people in agro industrial complex. The aim of our company together with enterprises' chiefs is to provide good conditions for agri-cultural labor.
Bizon will help the first lady who applies for a competition to prepare the race machine. Sergey Sukhovenko will instruct ladies-participants how to operate the sport tractor.
Tractor all-round "Bizon Track Show" is being organized in Rostov since 2002. The aim is to populate mechanizer profession. In the preceding years over 100 participants took part in the competition. The teams build sport tractors on the base of МТЗ-80, МТЗ-82. In 2009 Anatoly Bobrovsky from CJSC "Kirovsky stud farm", Tselinsky district of Rostov region won the prize at twice (solitary in-stance). As a tradition, the main prize is Belarus tractor individually designed.
