Bizon trains young personnel

During two months Bizon has been training young specialists in its training center. Educational 30 days program is being learnt by the second group of applicants for the positions at the Company.

Besides having narrow knowledge, to-be specialists must see into machines and into agricultural production; understand agrarians' needs and keep their eyes on the client. Theoretical and practical parts are being learnt on the base of the central office and sub offices. A decision to accept new members is taken only after examination.
Bizon started to realize the program of personnel development at the end of August. Since that time about 40 people have received training. Selective competition to fill the vacancies is 12 people into one vacancy.

To provide high growth dynamics, Bizon has formed a portfolio which includes items from budget native to high-performance foreign technique.
