Quality control department
To prevent transferring defective products to the Company’s warehouses, there is quality control department, eigensystem of document flow, register and storage. This makes possible to follow up the full path of spare part moving from the moment of purchasing from manufacturer till sale to the final consumer; to fix and work out any claim from the client and to separate defective products from proper ones.
This work model was called “Five quality control lines”.
It includes:
- Joint acceptance by the Bizon’s QCD specialists from the manufacturing plant;
- Testbed, instrumental and functional incoming inspection of the parts holding by QCD and warehouse specialists;
- Sample inspection of the goods stored;
- Testbed, instrumental, functional and visual inspection holding by QCD and warehouse specialists when shipping to the client;
- Checking the equipment by QCD specialists when in-service failure.
There are “stations of instrumental monitoring” at every warehouse; they are equipped with necessary set of checking instrumentation. Information received is being analyzed and directed to the manufacturing plant if there is any defect being defined.
