All-russian competition of the craftsmen
At the all-russian competition of the craftsmen «Samodelkin 2010"provided by the Bizon company at Rostov-on-Don the best vehicle was multifunctional mini-tractor. The compact vehicle with the wide range of agricultural purposes was created by Sergey Kolotvin. According to the experts the tractor now is ready for a launch of production chain.
The all-russian competition of the craftsmen attracted the inventors from the regions of Rostov, Orlov, Volgograd and Moscow. The 19 Kulibins shared their original points of view to a modern vehicle. There are among exhibits the vehicles with the whole frame and hinged, with an equipement taken from cars and trucks, tractors and combines. Engines and axles from Zhigouly and Moskvich were the most important details in the creation. Also the details from motorcycles K-750 and Dnepr were of use. The gearboxes from GAZ-51 are very popular among craftsmen. Many participants without any agreement did tractors from scrap metal, looking like an aristocratic golf-cars, but with ability to a wild range of agricultural works.
The competent jury including the heads of technical and agricultural institutes, Gostekhnadzor, the car-testing service, the representatives of executive and legislative power made an appraisal of inventors imagination ranking the originality, the level of design, the quality of production, the consistency and the practical use.
— We found interesting, unique vehicles in engineer opinion, — mentioned Alexey Dykan’, the head of the regional Gostekhnadzor.
— Particularly I would like to mention tractors of Gennady Kholodny and Alexandr Ilkevich, which can be started at the production line. And the electrocar of Yury Bystryakov after some additional design improvement can be excellent for tourist walks.
A foreman Sergey Kolotvin from Oblivsky district of Rostov region became unanimously the winner of craftsmen competition, he made the mini-tractor for works at his personal farm. You can see at the construction the petrol engine (92 HP),and the gearbox from VAZ-2113. TH gearbox improvement maked possible to implement a transfer case GAZ-53, used for eccentric pump of main hydraulics and power take-off shaft. The back driving axle is done on the base of front axle of the car Niva. The tractor control can be done using the hydraulic pump-dosimeter.
The second place was taken by Mikhail Lisitsa, the farmer from Orlovsky region, who showed the powerfull tractor for hard field works. The vehicle prouved his ability not only at his agrolands but during the one thousand kilometers of forced march to the capital of Don.
Both winners have receivec the Italian Goldoni tractors.
— The competition we organized to support the farmers constructors, to show how many natural people for technics live in our villages, — said Sergey Sukhovenko, the general director of the Bizon company. — It is important to pay attention to their ideas for an industrial companies. All is simple, compactly and efficient. I am sure the next year farm inventors will prepare for us a lot of surprises.
The twenty thousandth audience estimated the most spectacular the work of Vadim Izvarin, mechanical engineer from Orlovsky village of Rostov region. The self-propelled wheel created on the formula for 1×1 and can be managed by the driver inside its circle. The vehicle has the speed up to 50 km/h and among craftsman it is prototype of the vehicle of the future.
